Most custom garages require permits for building and zoning, as well as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. We secure all required permits, saving you time while ensuring your custom garage meets county building codes.
No need to hire excavators or electricians or do the leveling yourself. We level, clear, and run all necessary utilities to your garage.
Before pouring the concrete slab flooring, we guard against cracking by compacting the soil, adding a gravel underlay and moisture barrier, and reinforcing with rebar.
If your custom garage includes a finished interior space, we’ll not only run wire and lay pipe. We’ll install lighting and plumbing fixtures, hang and finish drywall, and install doors and windows for a comfortable, efficient style.
We outfit your garage with siding and roofing options that withstand Ohio’s shifting weather patterns, and we ensure proper drainage to keep your foundation dry.

Once you decide to move forward, we’ll design your custom garage with digital renderings and floorplans. You’ll review and make adjustments until we finalize the design and pricing. After approval, we’ll handle permitting and finalize the contract.
