Step 1
Discovery & Planning
We begin with an in-depth discovery meeting to discuss your needs, vision, and our process. After reviewing sketches, zoning, and permitting, we’ll provide a ballpark price to help you decide if you want to proceed.
Step 2
Design & Budget
Once you decide to move forward, we’ll design your home with digital renderings and floorplans. You’ll review and make adjustments until we finalize the design and pricing. After approval, we’ll handle permitting and finalize the contract.
Step 3
Construction & Completion
We’ll coordinate scheduling and communication throughout the build, assist with selections like cabinets and fixtures, and conduct walkthroughs with you and our subcontractors. Payments are based on milestones, and we’re committed to supporting your home even after construction is complete.
